At D-Rob's Photoshop & Graphics, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are custom made to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage, misprint, or defect.

Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased unless they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please double-check sizing, color, and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us by email first at drobsphotoshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

Do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Downloadable digital products

• Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
