Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they depend on the shipping carrier. Typical delivery times within the United States are 5–10 business days after processing. International shipping times vary.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays
D-Rob’s Photoshop & Graphics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control (such as weather or supply chain disruptions).

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at drobsphotoshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
